Queste nuove cantine si stanno sviluppando in quelle zone assai magiche del Kent, Sussex e dell’ isola di Whight… quasi Scozia quindi.
E io chiudo gli occhi e immagino… tanta acqua, freddo, prati, umidità… chissà che cxxxo di vino può venirne fuori… bah.
Ma… insomma… diamogliela ‘sta chance.
Certo che pensare di fare una degustazione di vini inglesi di fronte al casello di Verona Est un po’ la magia viene meno, ma di base va bene così.
Meglio andare disincantati… meno aspettative, più probabilità di sorpresa.
